Password and Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your log in credentials fully confidential. You must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders submitted to us on your account

Area Coverage

The square meter coverage per pack is based upon laying the paving slabs provided within the pack using a 10-14mm joint between slabs.

Website updation & Correctness

We make regular updates to our website to keep our contents up to date including prices & availability of the products. However due to multiple factors involved, it is possible that website contents including price & availability of product is not updated on real time basis. Therefore, you are requested to check the availability & pricing before placing the final order. Once order is received, we shall check the availability in stock yard and issue you a confirmation to confirm the availability of product in stock yard. In the event the goods are not in stock we will contact you using the information you provided on the checkout page, either by email or telephone with suitable alternative or to issue a refund.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel the order any time within 7 days from the date of placing order. However, If you have received goods or goods have moved out from warehouse for delivery before cancellation, you are legally obligated to take care of the products whilst in your possession. You must not unpack them and they must remain in the condition that they were delivered to you, in their original packaging. You will be responsible for arranging a courier to return the goods, whilst covering any costs, fees and risk that arise from the return of the goods. If the goods are received on return are deemed to be in resalable condition we will issue a refund, minus any delivery charges and a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of receipt of goods in our warehouse. You will not be entitled to any refund if the goods are not returned to us in resalable condition. In any refund, amounts will reflect the price you paid, not the cost or the price whilst not on a promotion or of a different price advertised elsewhere.

We reserve the right to cancel the order in case we have insufficient stock to cover the order or the product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error/ error in pricing information passed to us by our supplier. In such case, we shall send you a mail and also we shall issue the refund as soon as possible but in any case with in 30 days of cancellation.

We are not obligated to offer additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.

Liability

If any of the goods delivered to you by STONE FOOTING LTD are not what you ordered, are damaged or of incorrect quantity, you are required to notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery of these goods. Notification after this period will incur no liability whatsoever on behalf of Stone Footing Ltd.

Similarly, if you have not received the goods ordered by you within 14 days of the date of your order, we will have no liability whatsoever unless notified in writing within 10 days following this 14 day period.

In any case, Our liability to you in any situations is limited to issue a part or full refund, or replacement of the goods in question (subject to availability).

Delivery

Customers are always advised to arrange for delivery & transportation themselves and are also welcome to collect the goods from the stock yard. However, if you need, on your behalf, we can arrange delivery of the product using third party pallet networks, cost for which shall be charged separately.

Deliveries are usually made using an 18ton lorry with a tail lift. This requires a solid, concrete or tarmac flat surface for the offload. Deliveries are kerbside only We cannot deliver onto a slope, loose gravel chippings, , soft, uneven ground. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery, otherwise you will be liable for re-delivery charges the goods are unable to be left. Whilst carriers will always make every effort to deliver the products on the agreed delivery date, we can not be held responsible for matters beyond our control that results in your products not arriving on the day in question.

Please do not book any tradesmen until the product physically arrives with you. If you choose to book a contractor before arrival, we are not responsible for consequential loss of earnings. Stone Footing Ltd will be in no way liable to you for any loss, damage or expenses, either indirect or consequential, resulting out of the above situations or from the use of products purchased by you on Stone Footing Ltd.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns and within 7 days of the delivery date, and subject to the following conditions

We can only accept return on full orders, we cannot accept returns of excess product or leftovers.

Damages

Whilst every effort is made to get the stone to you in perfect condition, natural stones being fragile in nature, we request you to take this in consideration. We shall not refund up to 10% for breakages as these can be used for cuts. Please report any breakages within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for the damages reported outside this time frame. Please provide sufficient evidence to establish damage from inside the crate.
