At Stone Footing Ltd, we act solely as resellers/traders of porcelain paving products and related materials. We do not manufacture any of the porcelain products sold on our website or premises.

While we source our products from reputable suppliers, we cannot guarantee the long-term performance, surface integrity, or appearance of porcelain paving, including but not limited to paint fading, surface wear, or coating issues, as these factors are directly related to the manufacturing process.

Any complaints or concerns related to manufacturing defects, including discoloration, flaking, or finish deterioration, will be forwarded to the respective manufacturer for review. We will assist in facilitating communication but accept no liability for such issues beyond what is covered under the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable).

Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect all materials upon delivery and prior to installation. Once the product has been installed, we are unable to accept claims for visual or surface-level defects.
